If I don't buy Device Add-on, is my phone still covered?

Yes - we offer cover for devices under our Luggage, Belongings & Cash benefit, but the available cover is limited for devices.

If your devices are stolen or damaged on your trip the maximum amount Travel with Kit will pay for any single device is:

$1,000 for mobile phones (including PDA’s and any items with phone capabilities)

$3,000 for personal computers, video recorders or cameras

These benefits are only available on Basic, Comprehensive and Domestic Cover levels.

Our Device Add-on, on the other hand, offers a payout of $5,000 for up to 5 devices. See more here.
