Is my policy cancelled yet?

Once we've cancelled your policy, a confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided on the day you bought your policy. If you were entitled to a refund this can take up to 10 days to be refunded onto your credit or debit card. 

If you did not receive the cancellation email or it has been more than 10 days since you cancelled your policy please contact us at hello@travelbyus.com and we will help you.
