Can I get a hard copy of my policy by mail?

We can unfortunately not send a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (policy) by mail. We're an online only company, this helps us to keep premiums low and offer the best possible value for our customers.

If you'd like a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, we can send this to the email address you provided when you bought your policy.
